Description
We passionately produce finest wines and cultivate five grape varieties on around four hectares of land.
One of the noble wines is the fruity “Barbera d’Asti”.
The production is done by a traditional maceration. The grapes are soaked for 8-10 days and then fermented alcoholically at a temperature between 26-28°C. A further fermentation follows malolactically at temperatures between 18 – 20°C. It is characterized by a ruby red and intense color. The Barbera d’Asti tastes dry, round with fruity forest scents.
Serving suggestions:
It goes well with sausage, red meat and hard cheese.
